Improv Utrecht is a community for improv theatre and comedy, run by Marieke van Laar. Every Friday there is an English drop-in class open to all levels, with no acting or comedy experience needed, and most people head to the pub for a drink together afterwards. There are also Monday drop-ins and longer courses that finish with a graduation show and an open jam, plus Theatresports in the park in summer. Trainers keep the atmosphere open, supportive and inclusive.
