Is there a monthly fee?
No. There is no subscription and no setup cost. Your club page, free events, RSVPs and check-in are free. We only take a fee when you sell paid tickets.
What does it cost to sell tickets?
5% of each ticket, with card costs included. On a €20 ticket you receive €19. Small orders have a minimum fee of €0.30 + 1.9% to cover card costs, and paid tickets start at €3.
Who pays the fee, me or my guests?
You do, out of the ticket price, so the price your guests see is the price they pay. If you want to keep a set amount per ticket, set a slightly higher price and check what you receive in the breakdown when you create the event.
When do I get paid?
Ticket money goes to your own Stripe account and is paid out to your bank 48 hours after each event ends. Every payout shows on your Payments page.
What happens to the fee if I cancel or refund?
If you cancel an event, everyone with a paid ticket gets a full refund, including the fee.
Can my tickets show VAT?
Yes. If your club is VAT registered, set your rate on the Payments page and checkout shows the VAT on every order.
