Is it free to create a club?
Yes. Your club page, free events, RSVPs and check-in cost nothing. We only take a fee when you sell paid tickets.
What does it cost to sell tickets?
5% of each ticket, with card costs included. On a €20 ticket you receive €19. Small orders have a minimum fee of €0.30 + 1.9% to cover card costs, and paid tickets start at €3. Free events are always free.
When do I get paid?
You connect your own Stripe account from the Payments page. Ticket money is held there and paid out to your bank 48 hours after each event ends. Every payout shows on your Payments page.
Do my guests need an account?
No. Guests can buy tickets with just their email, and their tickets arrive by email. Guests who sign up can follow your club and hear about your next events.
Can I bring my events from Luma or Meetup?
Yes. Paste your Luma or Meetup link and your upcoming events come over as drafts, with titles, dates, venues and covers. Nothing goes live until you publish.
Can I choose who comes?
Yes. Turn on approvals to review each request before someone gets a spot, and let a waitlist fill places when people drop out.
What if I need to cancel an event?
Cancel it from your dashboard. Everyone with a paid ticket gets a full refund and every guest is told the event is off.
How do your fees compare to other platforms?
Many platforms charge a service fee and then add card processing on top. On Weeknights the 5% includes card costs, so the price you see is what you pay. Our pricing page compares us with Eventbrite, Luma and Meetup.
Can I have more than one organiser?
Not yet. Each club has one organiser account for now, and team access is on the way.
What kinds of clubs can I host?
Anything social: run clubs, book clubs, supper clubs, craft nights, language exchanges, board games, cycling, dance and more. If it brings people together, it belongs here.
