Is it free to create a club?
Yes, creating a club on Weeknights is completely free. You can set up your club page, post events, and manage attendees at no cost.
How does pricing work for paid events?
You set the ticket price. Weeknights takes just 5% per ticket. That's it. We cover payment processing fees ourselves, so you keep more of every sale. For a €20 ticket, you receive €19.00. Free events have no fees at all.
How do payouts work?
You connect your own Stripe account to your club. When attendees purchase tickets, the money goes to your Stripe account minus the 5% platform fee. Payouts are handled automatically by Stripe.
How do your fees compare to other platforms?
Most platforms charge a service fee plus separate payment processing fees. Eventbrite charges 3.7% + €1.79 per ticket plus 2.9% processing fees. Luma charges 5% plus separate Stripe fees. On Weeknights, 5% is all-in, so we absorb payment processing costs. On a €20 ticket, you'd keep about €17 on Eventbrite vs €19 on Weeknights.
What happens after I create a club?
Your club page goes live and becomes discoverable on Weeknights. You can immediately start creating events, customizing your page, and sharing it with your community.
Can I have multiple organizers?
Currently each club has one organizer account. We're working on adding team member support soon.
What types of clubs can I create?
Anything social! Running clubs, book clubs, supper clubs, art workshops, language exchanges, board game nights, cycling groups, dance classes, and more. If it brings people together, it belongs on Weeknights.
