Shut Up & Write Eindhoven is a group for anyone who wants focused time to work on writing projects. Writers of all kinds are welcome, whether working on a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, job application, melody, poem or everyday work tasks. The group provides a space where participants write in silence, without sharing their work or receiving advice. Events run on Mondays at 14:30. Each session starts with a drink, introductions, and setting personal writing goals. The group then writes quietly for 60 minutes. After the timer, there is a chance to mention how the session went or stay for a chat. The meeting is held in English, but participants can write in any language. The venue offers free wifi and has limited power sockets, so bringing devices fully charged is advised.
