During our morning together, Julia will be there for an informal Q&A, offering a gentle, holistic perspective on baby and toddler sleep without judgment, quick fixes or leaving little ones to cry.

Meet Julia 🌿
Julia is a mom of two, founder of Tales of Sleep, and a certified holistic sleep coach for babies, toddlers and young children.
She supports tired and overwhelmed parents in understanding their child's sleep and making changes that feel right for their family, without giving up closeness or going against their instincts.
What to expect
A small, welcoming group of moms, relaxed conversations over coffee and the chance to ask Julia your sleep-related questions.
There's no structured workshop or pressure to participate in the Q&A. Come as you are, with your little one or on your own, and enjoy a morning of connection.
