Cold plunge, one by one. You will be coached and supported (beginner friendly)
Second breakfast / early brunch - replenish energy and connect with others

Why do a cold plunge?
When (founder) life hits you hard, the trick is to keep breathing and let it wash over you.
This is exactly what we train with ice baths. Your body desperately wants to escape the cold. Instead, we sit still and get control over our breathing. Then suddenly it's very manageable.

Schedule
09.30 walk in
10.00 sharp start of breathing or meditation (be on time!)
10.30 cold plunge
11.00 second breakfast and connecting with the others (optional)

What to bring
Your swimsuit
A towel
Warm and comfy clothes

Challenge yourself, together. Every first Saturday of the month.
