Flamboyant Spoon Supper Club is a small and intimate dining experience built around connection, storytelling, and flavour. Each menu is inspired by one main ingredient, explored through Caribbean roots and global influences.

This months table is an exploration of Hibiscus through memory and flavour, bringing together floral notes and warmth.

Our dinners are served as a set menu, thoughtfully prepared and meant to be enjoyed at a relaxed pace around the table.

A few things to keep in mind:

+ Please share any dietary restrictions or allergies when booking.
+ On Sundays public transportation in the area is limited. If you are arriving by train, we are happy to arrange a pick up — just let us know in advance.
+ If arriving by car, parking is available across the street by the supermarket.

Expect an evening of island hospitality, Jenga ice breaker, good conversation, and bold flavors.
