Mark your calendar: join us for 24 hours of unplugged bliss on Saturday, October 10th - World Mental Health Day…
World Mental Health Day is a global initiative backed by the World Health Organization to put mental wellbeing on the agenda and inspire people around the world to take care of themselves and others.
Logging off is one of the simplest ways to honor it, as stepping away from your screen gives your mind the room it needs to rest, reset, and reconnect with what actually matters.
That's why The Offline Club invites you to join the sixth edition of our Global 24-Hour Digital Detox Challenge.
Join us and thousands of others by locking up your phone for a full day, unplugging from digital noise, and immersing yourself in a full day of genuine, meaningful experiences.
“It was a very freeing experience. Almost immediately I felt a sense of relief and an expansion of mental capacity, including greater perception of possibilities and ideas.” - Amber
By joining our free challenge, you commit to going offline for a full day, from 9 p.m. on Friday (October 9th) until 9 p.m. on Sunday (October 10th). Last year, over 10 thousand people joined us. This time, let's go offline with many more!
