Life gets loud, our minds get full, and our phones keep pulling at our attention. This evening is your permission to properly slow down. It's like a little escape into a different world where strangers are open to connect, worries have no place, you get to be present in the moment and enjoy some wellness for your body and mind. 😌
We've partnered with our friends at LUSH to co-create an evening built around real, sensory self-care - no phones, but people that love a bit of me-time the way you do. ❤️
Together, you'll write your way out of your own head in a guided Mind Dump session, get hands-on making your own facemask to take home, and (optionally) open the night with a Face-to-Face Massage, learning hand and arm techniques with a LUSH massage bar.
