For the first of our two Sobremesa Specials with Piattini, we're bringing a you creative taste of the Veneto region, right here in Amsterdam 🇮🇹
Behind Piattini are Giulia and Maicol, who bring a piece of their Venetian roots to Amsterdam through creative small plates, fresh pasta and a playful twist on traditional Italian flavours.
For our Sobremesa at Piattini, the team has put together a special three-course sharing menu.

What's on the table
A three-course Italian feast, with starters to share and your own pasta & dessert.
To start
Choose 3 starters for the table to share, served with bread & butter.
Mantecato – Cod mousse, kombu oil & sesame
Garda – Cured beef, oyster mushrooms & garum mayo
Crostone – Sourdough, mascarpone, gorgonzola, fig & radicchio
Gratinato – Fennel, béchamel, potatoes & phyllo pastry
Zucca in Saor – Pumpkin, raisins, pine nuts & sweet onion
Spiedo – Fried oyster mushrooms, polenta & barbecue plum

Pick your own pasta from:
Bigolissimi – Long pasta with bell pepper, aubergine & capers
Pasta, Fagioli e Cozze – Short pasta with mussels, cannellini beans & gochujang
Tagliatelle in Forno – Long pasta with poultry ragù, rosemary & Grana

One dessert of your choice, selected at the restaurant.

💳 €15 to reserve your seat
€10 goes directly toward the special menu and €5 is the Sobremesa service fee. The remaining €32.50 are paid at the restaurant. Drinks are ordered separately and the final table bill is split at the end.
