Amsterdam's English-language comedy scene runs on rooms like this one. No velvet rope, no two-drink minimum, no algorithm deciding who gets stage time. Just a bar, a mic, and a line-up of comics who have spent months sharpening eight minutes until it lands. On Saturday 10th of October, Pivot and The Tunnel & Co give the room over to a night of stand-up in English.
Pivot is a comedy community first. It exists so people can be around comedy in whatever way suits them: watch shows, join jams, take workshops, meet collaborators, or build something of their own. There are no auditions and no approval process, and when a member makes a show, they keep control of it and keep the money. This night is that principle with a mic stand in front of it: comics from the community, on one bill, in one of the city's warmer rooms.

- Costanza Corsaro: Italian by birth, Amsterdam-based by questionable life choices
- Greg: Greg is the sexiest virgin in town! Comedian, improviser and a serious sweetheart. “Best export good that Poland produced in the last decades.” - Greg’s mum
- The Maria: Here to take your jobs, your women and your bitterballen
- Diego Loiacono: Diego Loiacono, moved from Italy to Amsterdam for work, like any good expat would do. In the meantime, he found out that he enjoys saying a bunch of stupid stuff, so he thought:"Might as well do it on stage"
- Enikő Varga: Enikő is an Amsterdam based comedian, often labeled as “unique” / “alternative”. She comes originally from the world of improvisation, and loves experimenting with non mainstream comedy topics like minimalism; and character comedy. She also loves swimming, silliness and silence. She doesn’t speak in third person in person.
- Elissa: Elissa is a Lebanese comedian based in the Netherlands. She is known for her deadpan style and zero-energy stage presence. Her dry, sarcastic wit will make you ponder life's biggest questions... or smallest. Probably smallest.
- Marko Bezbradica: Someone who keeps trying to become a responsible adult, but life insists on treating him like a sitcom character.
- Sarah Kiegeland: Sarah is a German comedian based in Amsterdam. With a sharp eye and a healthy portion of subdued rage, she likes to use her comedy to make fun of everyone who’s ever wronged her. Including herself
- Shridhar Venkataramana: Populalry known as @iimcomic on social media for his topical jokes, Shridhar delivers his hilarious takes on all that's crazy about the world!
