Want to make a real difference in the fight against food waste, and enjoy an incredible meal at the same time? Join Taste Before You Waste for our Wasteless Wednesday Dinner – an evening of delicious food, community, and positive change!
Imagine this: mountains of perfectly good fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients, destined for the landfill simply because they didn't meet strict cosmetic standards, or were slightly overstocked. We see this as a tragedy – and an opportunity! We're on a mission to rescue this perfectly edible surplus food and give it a new life. Our talented chefs and volunteers work their magic, transforming these "rescued" ingredients into incredible vegan meals.
Every delicious bite you take at our Wasteless Wednesday Dinner directly supports our work and helps us to:
Reduce Food Waste

We're tackling the shocking reality of food waste head-on. By diverting food from landfills, we're preventing the release of harmful methane gas, a major contributor to climate change. We're proving that delicious food doesn't have to come at the expense of the planet.
Promote Sustainability

We're not just rescuing food; we're changing mindsets. We want to show you just how amazing "rescued" food can be, and inspire you to embrace a more sustainable approach to food in your own life. From simple cooking tips to creative ways to use leftovers, we're here to help you reduce your food waste footprint.
Building Community with our dinners which are more than just meals; they're gatherings. We create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere where people can connect, share stories, and build friendships over a shared love of good food and a passion for a better world.
We believe that everyone deserves access to healthy, delicious, and sustainable food, regardless of their financial situation. That's why our dinners are pay-as-you-feel. Contribute what you can, knowing that your support helps us continue our vital work.
