Do I need a scanner or an app?
No. Check-in is a page in your host dashboard that works in your phone's browser. Scan the QR code on a guest's ticket with your camera, or find them by name and tap.
What if I check in the wrong person?
Tap them again and they're back on the to-arrive list.
How do group bookings work?
When someone books several tickets, they show as one row with the number of guests, and checking them in counts everyone.
Does it work for free events?
Yes. Free RSVPs and paid tickets are on the same list.
