When do I get paid?
Payouts go to your own Stripe account 48 hours after each event.
Do I need Stripe?
Only to sell paid tickets. Free events and RSVPs work without it.
Can guests see VAT?
Yes. If you're VAT registered, set your rate to 9% or 21% on your payments page and guests see the VAT at checkout.
What happens if I cancel an event?
Everyone with a paid ticket gets a full refund automatically.
