Weeknights

Make your Instagram bio sell your events

Put your Weeknights club in your bio. Followers book in a few taps, follow your club for every new event, and you see exactly what Instagram brings in.

A bio link that does more than link

Always up to date

Every upcoming event, past events, photos and posts on one page. Post a new event and your bio already points to it.

Followers, not just clicks

Anyone who taps through can follow your club and gets an email for every new event, with no extra post from you.

See what Instagram brings

Visits from your bio show as Instagram on your Insights page, next to ticket clicks and bookings.

Insights

Know what your Instagram is actually worth

Most bio links stop at a click count. On Weeknights, visits from your bio are labelled Instagram, so you can see if last week's story worked and where your bookings come from.

  • Visits by source: Instagram, Google, Weeknights, shared links
  • Event page visits, ticket clicks and bookings
  • Clicks from your club page back to your Instagram

Why not a Linktree or a single event link?

A Linktree

A list of links

You add every new event by hand, and old ones stay up long after they've happened.

A WhatsApp group

A chat to join

Newcomers have to join before they can see what you do, and the details get buried.

A Luma or Eventbrite page

One event

The link is out of date the day after, and you update your bio for every event.

Your Weeknights club

Your whole club

Every event in one place, followers hear about the next one, and the link never changes.

Add it in under a minute

Copy your link from your host dashboard, then in Instagram:

1

Copy your club link

On your host overview, tap Copy link on the Instagram bio card.

2

Open Edit profile

In Instagram, go to your profile and tap Edit profile, then Links.

3

Add external link

Paste your link, give it a title like Events and tickets, and save.

4

Point people to it

End your event posts and stories with "Tickets: link in bio".

Questions, answered

Still have a question? Email us and we'll get back to you.

How do I see how many people came from Instagram?

Copy the link from the Instagram bio card on your host overview. It's tagged, so visits from it show as Instagram on your Insights page, with ticket clicks and bookings alongside.

Is it cheaper than Luma or Eventbrite?

On a €20 ticket you keep €19 on Weeknights and €18.45 on Luma once card fees are paid. Eventbrite depends on the plan: its lower plan leaves you a little more on a €20 ticket, its higher one less. Our compare pages show every figure and source.

Do people need an account to book?

Yes, a free Weeknights account. That's what lets them follow your club, keep their tickets in one place and hear about your next event.

I already use a Linktree. Can I keep it?

Yes. Put your Weeknights link at the top so your events come first. Linking straight to your club page saves people a tap, though.

What if I don't have an event coming up?

Your club page still shows who you are, your past events and your posts. People can follow you and hear the moment you post your next event.

Can I share links to single events too?

Yes. Every event has its own link for posts and stories. Your club link is the one that stays in your bio.
