Ticket types

Ticket types let you sell different tickets for the same event, each with its own price and number of spots. Think Early Bird and Regular, or Member and Guest.

Adding ticket types

1. When creating or editing an event, set Ticket price to Paid
2. Open Ticket types under Event options
3. For each type, enter a Name, a Price (EUR) and a Quantity
4. Click Add ticket type for more, up to 10
5. Save

Each type needs a different name and a price of at least €3.00. The event's capacity is the total of all the quantities.

What buyers see

When someone books, they pick a ticket type first, then choose how many. A type shows as Sold out once its quantity is gone, while the others stay on sale.

Good to know

• Ticket types are for paid events only
• They can't be combined with a recurring series
• Discount codes work on every type
