About Sobremesa Club

Sobremesa Club is a dining club in Amsterdam focused on shared meals and conversation. It brings people together to enjoy the tradition of lingering at the table, celebrating food and intentional connection. Events are one-off dinners held at various venues. Past events include Sobremesa Special at Yên Dining Bar, featuring a Vietnamese sharing menu with dishes such as mango salad, bánh ram ít, roasted duck with Vietnamese chimichurri, and bánh hỏi platters with roasted pork. Another example is Sobremesa Special at Café Conrad, where the menu included shared starters like sourdough bread with mushroom pâté, burrata with rucola and tomatoes, and a vegan kimchi and pastrami sandwich, followed by a main course. Each event has a menu created in collaboration with the host venue.
