Claiming your club

Many clubs are already listed on Weeknights so people can discover them. If one of them is yours, you can claim it for free and take over the page.

What you get

• Full control of your club page
• Events, ticket sales and payments through Stripe
• Check-in at the door
• Insights on visits, bookings and subscribers

How to claim

1. Log in or create an account at weeknights.nl
2. Open your club's page and click Claim this club
3. Fill in the claim form:
   • Club email: an address that belongs to the club
   • Screenshots: proof that you manage the club, such as your Instagram professional dashboard, the Meetup organiser page or the Luma manage screen
   • Anything we should know?: how you are involved, or where else we can find the club
4. Tick I run this club and click Submit claim

How we verify

• By email: if the club email you enter is at the club's own domain, or matches the address we have on file, we send a verification link there. Open it and the club is yours. If it doesn't match but we do have an address on file, the link goes to that address instead. The link is valid for 7 days.
• By review: if we have no address to send a link to, our team reviews your claim, typically within 1-2 business days, and emails you the result.

After claiming

The club transfers to you as soon as the claim is verified. You land on a welcome page showing your platform fee, with links to create your first event, edit your settings and set up payments.
