Setting up your club page

Your club page is where people find your club, see what is coming up and subscribe.

Club settings

1. Go to your host dashboard
2. Click Club settings in the sidebar, or in the menu on a phone

If you run more than one club, pick the club first with the switcher at the top of the sidebar.

Settings is one page with these sections:

• images: links to Media, covered below
• basic information: your Club name (shown on your club page and every event), Category (where your club appears when people browse) and Description (what you do, who it is for and what to expect)
• club details: Who it's for, Good to know, Tags and FAQ. These help people find you and know what to expect, and your events use them unless you change them per event.
• location: the City your community meets in
• contact & social: any of Email, Website, WhatsApp group, Instagram and Strava club. They appear on your club page so people can reach and follow you. Replies to messages you send guests go to this email.
• your profile: your own name and photo, not the club's

When you change something, an Unsaved changes bar appears at the bottom. Click Save to keep your changes or Discard to undo them.

Stripe and VAT are not in Settings. They are on the Payments page.

Photos and video

Click Media in the sidebar to manage:

• logo: shown next to your club name everywhere
• cover photo
• gallery: up to 6 photos, shown after your cover. Drag to change the order, or press and hold on a phone.
• video: a vertical video (9:16) at the end of your gallery, up to 50MB

When you add a photo you can drag and zoom to frame it before it uploads.

What visitors see

Your public page shows your upcoming events. Two more tabs appear as your club grows:

• Past events, once you have run an event
• Posts, where you can share updates with your community. See Posting to your club.

Click View club page at the top of your Overview to open your public page. This is the link to share.

Your subscribers

People can subscribe to your club to hear about new events. See who has subscribed under Subscribers in the sidebar, 25 at a time, or download everyone with Export CSV.

Deleting your club

At the bottom of Settings, Delete club removes the club with its events and subscribers. You can only delete it once your last event is over and any payouts have been paid out. If something is still running, the dialog tells you what to do first.
